- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Parker might actually be a good doctor I wouldn’t know. What I do know is he knowingly has staff working for him that intentionally violates HIPAA. Requesting a person’s personal private medical info from hospitals without the patient giving authorization. This person wasn’t even a patient of Dr. Parker’s. DON’T USE THIS DOCTOR!!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred to Dr. Parker for a general surgery procedure by my primary care physician. Dr. Parker took the time to describe in detail the procedure he was going to perform along with the expected outcome. The procedure went exactly as discussed. The pain management was very reasonable with only a couple of days of discomfort. The facilities are first class with a great staff. Great Job by All !!August 08, 2017by David Dudley
