  I've been coming to Family Allergy & Asthma Care in Flower Mound for years. They have literally saved my life! The Doctors and staff are extremely helpful and actually have a bedside manner! Many times the doctors have sat down and discussed options for treatment not just involving a prescription or another antibiotic. Being healthy is a way of life and it's nice that there are still some real doctors and staff that still understand this in our depleted world of medical care. No place is perfect, but I would put this in the top tier of any medical facility I've been to. The newly updated facilities make it very comfortable, like sitting in the lobby of a high end hotel. I highly recommend giving FAAC a chance to help you heal for the long term.

  Amazing office, start to finish! The doctors and all staff are VERY attentive and kind. They really make you feel like a person and not just a number. They are very thorough and explain everything without leaving anything to question. Allergy testing was a breeze and setting up for injections is just as easy. Couldn't imagine going to any other doctor for all my allergy/asthma needs. Arrived 10 minutes before my initial appointment and was promptly called to the back.

  The rating is due to prices for injections that can't be ordered/ taken at home/ given by a family physician. They would not accept much less send/ send off to Medicaid* This I'm sure goes for all allergists. Next no matter how many times I had told them of the numerous meds that had been tried on me in the past until the ones that worked were eventually prescribed. They would give creams and ointments in addition to a buttload of pills that would never work. * I go through they same mess every summer. You would think they would get it together after over 7yrs of the same symptoms ending in the same result. The reasons for my symptom were in my head or stress. This past summer I received these injections that funny enough stopped my itching.... stress and all. Imagine that
